Have you ever wanted to know exactly how far you are from the green or how long your drive was? Have you ever wanted to know the number of strokes you are above par during a round?

vScorecard will help you on the golf course by providing a tool for quickly keeping score and estimating critical distances on the course without interrupting the flow of your game. Eliminate the need for paper and pencil scorekeeping. There are no additional fees or registration required to use this app.

Easily create a custom golf round/scorecard for up to 4 players by specifying the tee color each player will be playing from and the holes you will be playing (ie Front Nine then Back Nine, or Back Nine only, etc) on a particular course.

Just rotate your iPhone to see the scorecard that includes a running over/even/under par score for each player. At any point in the round you can see where you stand at a quick glance. Scorecard entries are color coded so that your pars, birdies, etc stand out.

GPS feature allows you to estimate the distance to reach the green, helping you with club selection and lets you see how long your drive was. You have a birds-eye view of the hole you’re playing to see and estimate distances to hidden hazards.

GPS is easy to use. On a given hole, just drag tee marker to the tee area, and drag the flag marker to the green. Now any time you select the map while on that hole, the distance from your current position to the green is displayed. Tap the swap button and the distance from your current position to the tee is displayed. Tee and flag marker positions are automatically saved for next time course is played.

When you finish a round you can set it to “lock” to prevent changes from accidentally being made. This also automatically adds data to the players’ stats summary page.

Easily create courses and add data for additional tee colors at any time by editing course. Data can be stored for courses with 9, 18, or 27 holes. Courses and tee data can be uploaded or downloaded to the shared database at no cost.

Email the scorecard to your golfing group so that everyone has a record of the round.
